The medieval castle that dominates the Lombard bank of Lago Maggiore is the ideal space to be able to conduct educational and recreational activities for children and young people from infant, primary and secondary schools.

 
Through play and the various proposals, discovering the history and the art of the Rocca di Angera will become an enjoyable journey in time.

The medieval garden becomes the perfect place to discover new and unusual botanical varieties, to appreciate the simplicity of the plants cultivated in antiquity and be surprised by the life cycle of nature as it is transformed each season. The collection of the Museum of Dolls and Toys – the largest of Europe – will amaze you with its automatons coming from all over the world, telling of the world of play in past centuries.

L’intera sala è un tripudio barocco: dagli stipi in tartaruga alle decorazioni a parete in oro e azzurro. Un’esaltazione dell’insolito e dello stravagante con cui Vitaliano VI voleva superare le corti di Mantova e Genova. 🛡 “Vitaliano VI. L’invenzione dell’Isola Bella”. In mostra fino al 1° novembre. .
